TYR is committed to providing you with the highest quality technical race suits.
These products are manufactured to the highest of quality control standards (QSA).
These high-tech performance garments push the limits of material, process, and manufacturing, in order to get the functional compression necessary for performance.
From time to time a garment may not perform as expected. In this unlikely event, that you may believe the garment to be faulty, please contact us within 30 days of purchase and one of our specialist team will do what they can to best assist.
Any possible issue will always manifest itself within the first few swims.
Please note the following misuse or athlete error is NOT covered by a High-Tech Warranty
- Consequential or inconsequential damage. Damage caused by pulling too hard, thus tearing and or breaking a bonded/stitched seam or the inner shell or suit fabric.
- Pinching, pressure marks or fingernail tears
- Surface rips or abrasions created by normal wear, a tear or catching on an external edge or surface.
- Damage from sunlight, harsh chlorine or chemicals, or improper recreational use or any damage beyond the product’s natural life expectancy.
- Deterioration of garment caused from improper use and/or improper care.
- Actions causing delamination of such bonded or stitched garments.
- Delamination of bonded garments caused by exposure to a washing machine, dryer, heater, iron or any other form of heat.
- Modification to the garment in any way.
This includes but does not limit too :
- Post purchase printing.
- Embroidery
- Post purchase transfers.
- Seam modifications
High Tech products are as described ….. High Technical compression swim garments.
Swimmers require specific guidance on their use, care and fitting. This is essential and should be done with swimwear specialists. As a result, we will only evaluate a High-Tech Swimsuit purchased from an Authorized dealer. For this purpose, we request that all warranty claims bear the name of the store or dealer and provide proof of purchase. Proof of purchase is mandatory.

TYR Returns Policy
All TYR products are guaranteed and covered by a manufacture warranty that is fit for purpose. If you are not satisfied for any reason, we will gladly provide a merchandise refund or exchange within 30 days from purchase date.
Please Note: TYR reserves the right to refuse any excessive and/or bad faith returns. All tags and labels must be attached, except for any defective product A copy of the purchase reciept showing the date of purchase must be attached/added with every return. Exchanges received for size must be received in new and unworn condition.
TO MAKE A RETURN BY MAIL
- On the copy of the purchase receipt, indicate the reason for the return and the action to be taken, such as refund or exchange for another item, size or colour.
- Place the paperwork in the box/bag with your merchandise.

We will process your return and follow your instructions. Please allow 7-14 business days for your exchange or credit to be processed. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for any credit to appear on your statement. In the event that an exchange item is not available a refund will be issued to your credit card. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
DISCLAIMERS:
We make all reasonable efforts to accurately display the attributes of our products, including colour. However, the actual colour displayed on your screen will depend on your local computer system and monitor settings. As a result, we cannot guarantee that your computer will accurately display such colours.
Footwear:
All TYR products are guaranteed within 30 days of product shipment date.Footwear is built fit for purpose. Extreme or excessive activities outside normal footwear usage may not be covered by warranty. The TYR Trainer are not rated for rope climbs and descents.
If you are not satisfied, within 30 days of shipment please return the product as indicated above, and we will gladly provide a merchandise refund for footwear that has been purchased from TYRsport.com.au
Customized Products:
Any item(s) that have been customized or custom built to specification (including TYR Custom Special Ops, Remix and Swimple Goggles) are non-cancellable, non-returnable and non-refundable, with the exception of manufacturer defects or damages.
